Are You Insured? Yes, we are covered by Liberty Mutual. We have general liability and Worker’s Compensation for your protection. Certificates of coverage are available upon request.
Do your employees go through background checks? Yes, we hire Sentrylink and C4operations to perform a comprehensive and complete background check. We also investigate applicants’ social media platforms to make sure they are a great fit for our company.
Will it be the same cleaning technician in my home each time? We do our very best to send the same person to your home each time. There may be times when an employee is out sick but you will be notified of the change.
What about my pets? We do prefer that pets be kenneled. It is not required unless we have had an issue with a pet previously.
What about climate control for my cleaning persons safety? OSHA recommends that indoor climates be kept between 68F and 78F degrees.
How does my cleaning technician get into my home? We love and prefer keyless entry locks. However, there are several other options to choose from. They will all be gone over during your in-home estimate.
Do I need to be home when my tech arrives to clean? It is not necessary, but we are also accustomed to working while our clients are home.
How do I pay? Payments are due at time of service. We keep a credit card on file for your convenience.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment? Yes, we provide all supplies and equipment.
